Okay Stay, Some Issues

The room I got was a superior type above the pool. I would not recommend it. There was lots of noise from games being played, so relaxing was difficult. I asked for a late check out, but the reception asked for more money than I paid for my one-night stay. The WiFi was very bad too. It was difficult to get a stable connection at any time.

attentive staffbirthday celebration
the breakfast buffet included many choices. the staff offered tea and coffee at the table and they cleared plates quickly. birthday celebrations happened with staff singing and a treat!!!
the gym's opening time was limited, from 7am to 7pm.

The staff was very friendly. My room included daily housekeeping services. Breakfast included a great variety of options and was very good each morning. The pools included a bar with a great service for drinks.
The gym had limited opening times. The white towels in my room was looking a little grey. The room doors required a slam to be closed properly and that produced much noise.

i stayed in a delux room. it had a private deck, perfect for watching kids in the pool. the tour desk was easy to use. i found free water bottles and filtered water.
